The facade renovation introduces a structure with corporate brown metal windows, complemented by vertical oak wood slats. The flooring, reminiscent of Portuguese cobblestone, and the addition of gardens and pergolas blend elegance, functionality, and natural elements, revitalizing the space with an innovative and welcoming design.
Design and construction of a house in San Juan Golf
We built this house, located on a elongated plot with views and on the golf course, integrating a side pool to enhance the views from the first floor, designed as an open space that connects the living room and kitchen with the exterior. The second floor is reserved for bedrooms, while the basement includes an English patio for natural light, parking, and leisure area, balancing privacy and connection with the surroundings.
Construction of a house in San Vicente
Our intervention focused on completing the internal structure of the house and constructing the pool. Building upon an already established foundation of structure and partial masonry, we undertook the development of the interior, transforming the skeleton into a livable space, and the exterior area with a pool. The client, taking the lead, finalized the remaining exterior details such as gardens and decoration, customizing the space to their liking.
